Acceptance of terms
Matrix Origins (Shenzhen) Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries ("Matrix Origins", "we", "us", "our")
Users who register and use MatrixOne Intelligence ("You")
MatrixOne Intelligence Product Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Product")
Please read, understand and accept this agreement in its entirety before formally registering and using MatrixOne Intelligence products. By checking the "Terms of Service" box on the registration page, you agree to be legally bound by these terms; if you do not accept these terms, please do not use our products.
User registration and account management
- Before using this product, you need to register your MatrixOne Intelligence account on our official website. You must create a username and password and provide us with the information requested during the registration process.
- You need to ensure that you are a natural person with full civil capacity or a legal organization with legal subject qualification, please do not use a registration machine or similar automated way to register users.
- Please take good care of your account password, if you lose it, you can retrieve it through the "Forgot Password" of this product. You are responsible for the loss caused by the leakage of your password, so please make effective security measures for your password, such as setting up a high-strength password, changing it regularly, and so on.
Product service and support
- MatrixOne Intelligence is a fully managed cloud-native data platform based on the MatrixOne kernel, a hyperconverged database, running on top of multiple clouds. It features easy operation, auto-scaling, extremely fast analytics, and multi-cloud deployment, and provides instance management, instance monitoring, query analytics, data sharing, and other functions.
- This product provides various types of database instances, you can choose the best according to the business and financial planning. After the expiration or manual deletion of the instance, we will automatically retain the instance data for 7 days, after which the instance data will be completely deleted. If you need to continue to use, you can restore or renew the subscription within 7 days.
- When you purchase our products or services, you need to carefully read the rules corresponding to the purchased products or services and decide whether to purchase them according to your own needs.
- We will continue to provide services and technical support for your paid instances. If you have any problems, you can ask us for advice or help through the official telephone, email or the feedback function in the product.
Fees and payments
- The billing items of the database instances of this product are prepaid and postpaid. When you create or renew an instance, the product page will clearly remind you of the payment method and payment amount.
- This product supports both cash and voucher amounts, and you need to top up or activate the voucher in your Cloud Platform organization account before creating a purchase instance.
- The unused cash portion of a prepaid instance can be refunded to your platform account when it has not expired, but manual refunds of platform cash are not supported at this time.
- Once the voucher is activated in your organization's account, it is no longer transferable or refundable.
Limitation and exemption of liability
- In the use of this product, please consciously abide by the laws and regulations of your country or region. If any violation occurs, you should bear all the resulting losses and responsibilities, and we also have the right to suspend or terminate your services immediately.
- The following is not guaranteed for this product:
- a. Any service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
- b. The results that may be obtained from the use of any of the Services will be accurate or reliable;
- c. Any products, services, content, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through any of the Services will meet your expectations;
- d. Any errors in the Software will be corrected or the Products, Services and Content are virus-free.
- We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the following, but will try to cooperate in repairing it:
- a. Force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, governmental acts, enactment of laws and regulations, strikes, disturbances;
- b. Causes by the underlying operator, network security incidents or other events beyond reasonable control;
- c. As a result of your improper operation or failure of your computer software, system, hardware and communication lines;
- d. Other circumstances beyond our control.
- In no event shall either party be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages and losses, including any lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Changes and termination of services
- These Terms of Service shall be effective as of the date you begin using the Services and shall remain in effect until termination.
- We will suspend or terminate the agreement in the following cases:
- a. You fail to make timely payments for fees owed for use of the Services;
- b. You may be in violation of this Service Agreement or laws and regulations;
- c. Infringement or violation of third party rights (including intellectual property rights);
- We will do maintenance and update the service platform from time to time, during which the service may be suspended. We need to inform you at least 24 hours in advance.
- We may terminate this Service Agreement for any reason with at least thirty (30) days prior notice to you.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by notifying you by appropriate means. The user's continued use of the service is deemed to be acceptance of the modified terms.
User behavioral norms
- You shall comply with relevant laws and regulations when using this product or service, and shall not commit acts including but not limited to the following:
- a. Jeopardizing national security, harming national interests, leaking state secrets, subverting state power;
- b. Incitement of national hatred, undermining of national unity, propagation of cults and feudal superstitions;
- c. Spreading rumors, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence or abetting crimes;
- d. Insulting or defaming another person, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of another person.
- You shall maintain the order and safety of the Internet when using this product or service, and shall not commit any acts including but not limited to the following:
- a. Publishing, disseminating spam;
- b. Illegal or unauthorized access, misappropriation, interference or monitoring;
- c. Breaking or attempting to break network security, including but not limited to viruses, malicious code, malicious scanning of servers, illegal intrusion into systems;
- d. Altering or attempting to alter the system configuration, destroying or disrupting the normal use of the Products and Services.
Application of law and dispute resolution
- The present articles are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising from the Terms or the Service shall be resolved through consultation between the two parties; in the event that consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court in the place where the Company is located.
