Talk Abstract
MatrixOne Cloud is a Database as a Service platform that supports multiple clouds and multiple regions. An observability system covering metrics, logs, traces, profiles, and alerts is the foundation for efficiently gaining insight into failures and continuously optimizing performance and costs. This talk will first describe the overall architecture of the MO Cloud observability system, and then explain how we address challenges such as monitoring across multiple regions and multiple K8S clusters, continuous profiling observability, and database tracing.
