Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Recruit top talent in R&D,Sales, PreSales, Technical Support and Marketing.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role and develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidatesFind, engage and activate passive candidates using Boolean search by Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other search techniques.

  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managersWork with the SSC team for a smooth onboarding experienceWork with the C&B team on benefits and well-being programs and provide market benchmarking for benefits policies.

  • Provide day to day HR support to APAC employees and execute HR programs for the region.

  • Organize team activities to promote our culture.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the employer branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred

  • 3+ years of HR experience with at least 1 year in recruiting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
